Remote Work Insights added to the Work Personality Index ®

eTradeWire News/10646227
EDMONTON, Alberta - eTradeWire -- Psychometrics Canada, a leading talent assessment publisher and consultant for the development and selection of people in business, government, and education, today announced the release of new content added to Work Personality Index.

The additional content provides insights into a person's remote work style and potential areas for improvement as an individual contributor or leader when working from home.

Since 2001 Work Personality Index has provided a clear framework for understanding the impact of personality on job performance. It helps human resource professionals identify key motivators and behaviours – essential for hiring the right people, developing employees and supporting great leaders.

I/O Psychologist, Justin Deonarine who led the revisions of this assessment says, "Remote and hybrid work environments continue to dominate the conversation as we move forward in a world filled with uncertainty. It's tough to determine how to support your team beyond the tangible factors, such as computing equipment and home office design. However, we need to start considering the intangibles, such as how people approach their tasks, how people build and maintain relationships, and how people lead their teams. In order to help you address these important factors within the remote context, Psychometrics Canada is adding new content to our Work Personality Index reports."
