R.E.A.L. Men Experience: Building Better Men
eTradeWire News/10846283
A Powerful Day of Healing, Growth, Accountability and Purpose
MOUNT LAUREL, N.J. - eTradeWire -- MOUNT LAUREL, NJ — On Saturday, September 19, men and young men will have an opportunity to experience something more than a conference. The R.E.A.L. Men Experience: Heal Men, Heal Families is designed to inspire men to grow, heal, lead and become the best version of themselves.
Taking place at the Grand Resort Hotel, 915 New Jersey 73, Mount Laurel, NJ, the event is led by Douglas M. Reed, retired First Sergeant, mental health advocate, motivational speaker and mentor. Reed has dedicated his work to helping men confront real-life challenges while discovering their purpose, strength and potential.
The R.E.A.L. framework stands for Responsibility, Emotional Intelligence, Accountability and Legacy—four principles that can help men become stronger leaders at home, in their careers and within their communities.
This experience creates a safe environment for honest conversations about issues men often carry silently, including mental wellness, relationships, faith, purpose, fatherhood and personal growth. Through keynote inspiration and meaningful panel discussions, attendees will be encouraged to understand that seeking help is not weakness—it is strength.

The program includes conversations centered on faith and healing, mental health and therapy, personal journeys, purpose, leadership and legacy. The goal is not to create perfect men, but to encourage men who are willing to grow and take responsibility for the lives they are building.
Young men especially need positive examples, honest conversations and opportunities to see what responsible manhood can look like. When men become healthier emotionally, mentally and spiritually, families become stronger—and stronger families help create stronger communities.
The message of the R.E.A.L. Men Experience is simple: Heal Men. Heal Families. Build Legacies.
Event Details:
Saturday, September 19, 2026
Program: 9:30 AM–1:30 PM
Check-in: 8:00 AM
Grand Resort Hotel, Mount Laurel, NJ
This is an invitation to every man ready to stop simply surviving and begin intentionally building a better life, a stronger family and a lasting legacy.
Your healing begins here. Your purpose continues here. Your legacy starts now.
