Cameron Mitchell Restaurants to launch VIP dining concept this fall
NAPLES, Fla. - eTradeWire -- Cameron Mitchell Restaurants has selected a pair of culinary visionaries who have elevated the fine dining experience in Naples to lead its next venture on Fifth Avenue South, Prime Social Reserve.
Rick Giannasi and Alejandra Bringas, currently general manager and executive chef at Del Mar Naples, have been named to similar roles at Prime Social Reserve, a new VIP dining concept debuting this fall in Naples. Prime Social is an exclusive dining, lounge and rooftop experience available by reservation only through VIP access plans.
Giannasi, a former actor, has worked in the restaurant industry for more than 40 years. He has been with Cameron Mitchell Restaurants since 2007. His tenure began as a mixologist at Ocean Prime Orlando, followed by his role as a corporate bar trainer, where he played an integral part in the successful openings of several new Ocean Prime locations across the country. He later advanced to serve as general manager of Ocean Prime Naples in 2016 before being named general manager of Del Mar Naples in 2021.

Bringas earned a degree in hospitality management at the Columbus Culinary Institute and began her professional career with Cameron Mitchell Restaurants in 2015 at The Pearl in Columbus, Ohio. She transferred to Ocean Prime Dallas and later served as lead trainer when Ocean Prime Naples opened in 2016. Bringas was a sous chef at Ocean Prime Naples before accepting the executive chef position in 2021 at Prime Social in Kansas City. Two years later, she returned to Southwest Florida as executive chef at Del Mar Naples and was featured by Gulfshore Life as a leading female chef redefining Southwest Florida's culinary scene.
Prime Social Reserve is an exclusive access restaurant and lounge for VIPs, each of whom is guaranteed reservations at Prime Social Reserve as well as priority reservations at 70 Cameron Mitchell Restaurants nationwide.
VIPs receive exclusive, regular invitations to curated events, tastings and receptions to socialize and enjoy, including chef tastings, winemaker events, spirits tastings, curated receptions and socials.
