LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - eTradeWire -- Pink Olive's Little Rock location opened its doors to gift-givers, stationery shoppers, and whimsy-seekers of all ages in April 2022. Now, it's expanding its offerings to excite the coffee lovers. Pink Olive will launch PO Cafe inside its SoMa store location on November 26, just in time for Small Business Saturday. PO Cafe will offer seasonally inspired drinks featuring its exclusive partner's, Onyx Coffee Lab, the finest and most unique coffees.

"I have always dreamed of opening up a coffee shop," says Founder and Chief Buyer Grace Kang. "And while it's not its own free-standing cafe, PO Cafe will offer its own version of the quintessential espresso bar. We aim to add a dash of whimsy with our own unique menu offerings." PO Cafe's fall menu will include a honey lavender latte, a cardamom ice coffee, a pumpkin spice latte, a hazelnut coffee, and more! For added sweetness, PO Cafe will be using local Arkansas maker pink House alchemy's syrups — the perfect complement to Onyx's Coffee Lab's beans.
