FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - eTradeWire -- Ocean Prime, an award-winning dynamic seafood and steakhouse from Cameron Mitchell Restaurants, is now open at the state-of-the-art Las Olas Marina.
Located at 171 Las Olas Circle, the highly anticipated, waterfront dining destination boasts 15,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor terrace seating with two levels of sweeping, sunset views of Fort Lauderdale's Intracoastal Waterway in the heart of Las Olas. As the marquee tenant of this brand new, premier destination for yachts and superyachts, the nationally acclaimed restaurant embodies the energy and sophistication of Fort Lauderdale's coastal lifestyle. Overlooking the Intracoastal waterway, the restaurant's interior is a nod to the sophisticated, nautical setting featuring dark wood tones contrasted with light accents and textural details. From every seat in the restaurant, guests enjoy outstanding views of the Intracoastal—complete with scenes of sleek mega yachts and evening sunsets. Inside the dining room, a light fixture, designed by Giulio D'Amore, an Ocean Prime associate from the Denver Tech Center location, is sculpted from ash wood using hand tools and stained with a black finish, and from various perspectives, resembles a musical note from the side and a sailboat at the base.
A variety of thoughtfully designed spaces throughout the restaurant offer guests the opportunity to enjoy dining experiences for any occasion. The main dining area offers an elevated dining experience and exceptional ambiance with expansive waterfront views as the focal point. Also overlooking the water, the private dining room accommodates up to 32 guests and is perfect for business gatherings, celebrations and family events. Private dining menus can be specially curated by the chef team, and attentive associates are dedicated to customizing events and creating memorable experiences for all occasions.

The Las Olas Lounge opens to the outdoor terrace with additional restaurant seating including cabana seating that allows guests to enjoy an elegant experience overlooking the Intracoastal. Accented by lush vegetation, the interior and exterior dining spaces integrate seamlessly, and the large outdoor terrace promises to revolutionize waterfront dining.
General Manager, Jason Brown and Executive Chef, Charlie Tkacik lead the Fort Lauderdale team, bringing more than 20 years of combined experience with the Cameron Mitchell Restaurants family.
