Nexodus Announces New Service Model to Deliver Stronger
eTradeWire News/10823464
DALLAS - eTradeWire -- Nexodus, a national consulting and business performance firm specializing in sales, operations, and technology alignment, has announced a major shift in its service structure. Beginning in early 2026, all Nexodus clients will transition from hourly billing to project packages designed to provide more predictable pricing, stronger strategic support, and a higher caliber of execution.
This transformation follows extensive client feedback and an internal review of the company's service model over the past two years. Nexodus found that most clients needed more than isolated task support. They sought a true consulting partner who could help identify the best strategy and then complete the execution of that strategy from beginning to end.
"Many of our clients told us they needed someone who could think with them, not just complete tasks," said Shanandiss Hampton, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Nexodus. "Hourly billing supported task execution, but our clients needed a deeper level of strategy, clarity, and partnership. Moving to project based retainers gives us the ability to provide the level of consulting, insight, and operational support that modern businesses require."

The new model introduces clearly defined scopes of work, transparent deliverables, structured intake processes, and predictable monthly pricing. Clients will no longer be charged hourly for platform outages, system issues, or operational workarounds that occur due to technology failures. Instead, retainers bundle the full effort required for completion, creating stability and consistency for both clients and the Nexodus team.
"This change allows Nexodus to operate at our highest value," Hampton said. "Project based retainers give us latitude to shift from order taking to our true niche as consultants who deliver strategic recommendations, improved workflows, and long term solutions. The goal is to help clients operate with more confidence, more clarity, and more momentum."
Under the new model, Nexodus will offer four primary service tiers:

Nexodus has also updated its billing and account structure to support the new model. Monthly invoices will be issued prior to each service cycle. Clients who enroll in autopay will receive a service credit after their first successful payment.
"This evolution positions Nexodus to provide a higher level of partnership for every client we serve," Hampton said. "The businesses we support deserve stability, insight, and leadership. The project based model allows us to deliver all three."
The new service structure will take effect for all clients in early 2026. Businesses interested in receiving an updated service recommendation or booking a consultation can visit the Nexodus website at www.nexodus.biz
