OREM, Utah - eTradeWire -- MITY, Inc., the owner of MityLite, announced that Duaine Naylor has been appointed as the new Quality Assurance and Training Manager for the MityLite and Bertolini manufacturing centers in Orem, Utah. Naylor has been with MityLite for 30 years and has worked in almost every production area.

"Duaine Naylor has a good track record of building people and processes," said Alex Dobsky, Executive VP of Operations at MITY, Inc. "Duaine has been a Plant Manager, Value Stream Leader and Team Leader. Duaine has been doing an excellent job building a strong training and development process. He has been coordinating tours, Rapid Improvement Events, leading process improvement teams, building and conducting trainings."

The Quality Assurance Manager at MITY, Inc. ensures that manufacturing standards are upheld in each area. In this role, Naylor will ensure the quality of every product manufactured by MityLite.
