New Jersey Residents Can Still Find Local Fitness Options

eTradeWire News/10576828
The state-wide shutdown in New Jersey for all indoor gyms and group exercise classes has left only one option for local residents. One such business is providing exercise relief to the Bergen County area.

WESTWOOD, N.J. - eTradeWire -- Fitness facilities have become a faint memory for New Jersey residents. Covid-19 cases have been spiking in hotspots all around the country, and as of June 29, 2020, NJ State Governor Phil Murphy has rolled back the reopening of indoor dining, and has also slowed down the reopening of other businesses. There is still no foreseeable date for when gyms and group fitness classes may resume operations – but there are still some options for New Jerseyians.

Online Fitness Classes

Online video conferencing has exploded around the United States with Zoom, Facebook, and Google providing platforms for work and social interactions during country-wide lockdown. Our technological advancement within video-streaming has paved the way for group fitness instructors to pivot their service and provide fitness entertainment from miles away.  The drawback – fitness enthusiasts won't get the same results from classes that rely on weights and other equipment.

Online Fitness Coaching

Personal trainers have also been able to make the transition to video-based training and nutrition. Web-based coaching has already been on the rise prior to Covid-19's entrance into our lives, as clients love being able to find their preferred trainer from anywhere around the world.  Many online platforms have launched to facilitate this industry-wide shift. Unfortunately, once again the main drawback is that if a client is missing fitness equipment at home, results may be lacking.

Appointment-Based Personal Training

As the Covid-19 situation continues to unfold, with no foreseeable future for membership-based gyms and group fitness facilities, personal training remains as the only away-from-home fitness option that is available for New Jersey residents at this time.

UTG Personal Training has been able to re-open on July 2, 2020 in conjunction with other appointment-based fitness services. The business boasts its own private state-of-the-art facility, and clients come exercise with their personal trainer on an appointment-only basis.

UTG owner Tamir Greenberger said that they are able to maintain a safe environment for their clients:

"Our priority is to keep everyone safe while still delivering the same amazing service we are known for. Fortunately, unlike other fitness facilities and gyms, we are unique in that we limit how many people can be in our gym at any given time."

UTG Personal Training is in Westwood, NJ and serves the entire Bergen County area. To find out more about the business visit the UTG Personal Training | Bergen County NJ website (https://uniquetraininggroup.com/) at https://uniquetraininggroup.com .
