A first-time entrant to the awards, Cait Donovan felt compelled to enter after completing a new speaking reel (https://bit.ly/caitdreel2025) with Video Narrative and Outspeak at the end of 2024.  With experience speaking at conferences, associations, and major corporations on topics ranging from burnout recovery, to belonging, and emotional intelligence, Cait is already recognised as an expert in their field.
