Mustang Youth Football & Cheer (MYFAC) Unveils Choice-Based League Model & Reduced Fees For 2026
eTradeWire News/10834177
OKLAHOMA CITY - eTradeWire -- Mustang Youth Football and Cheer (MYFAC) is proud to announce a revolutionary shift in youth sports by officially joining the Midwest Athletic Conference (MAC). In a historic move that is the first of its kind, MYFAC will now offer its teams the unprecedented ability to choose their own competitive path: playing in either the Oklahoma Metro Football League (OMFL) or the Midwest Athletic Conference (MAC).
This "Power of Choice" model was developed directly in response to feedback from MYFAC coaches and families. By listening to the needs of the community, the MYFAC Board of Directors is empowering individual teams to select the league environment that best fits their specific goals, talent levels, and competitive desires.
"This is an exciting time for MYFAC," said the MYFAC Board. "We are offering what no one else in the region does. We listened to our coaches, and we are making these changes to serve our players first. Whether a team wants the tradition of the OMFL or the new opportunities of the MAC, the choice is now theirs."

Furthering its commitment to the community, MYFAC has successfully reduced league registration fees to $125 (down from $170). This reduction ensures that elite-level football and cheer remain accessible to all families in the Mustang area while providing the most comprehensive value package in the state.
The $125 league fee is all-inclusive, covering:
• Direct Access to Varsity Staff: Unprecedented access to the Mustang High School Varsity coaching staff for mentorship and development.
• Padded Offensive & Defensive Camps: Specialized tackle camps focused on position-specific fundamentals, taught directly by the HS coaches.
• "Bring Out The Broncos": An exclusive event where youth teams are showcased under the Friday night lights during a Varsity home game.
• State-of-the-Art Facilities: All home games will be played at the Mustang High School all-turf stadium, providing a professional-grade experience for young athletes.

• Mustang Western Days: Entry fees for the organization to participate in the Mustang Western Days Parade—Oklahoma's largest city parade.
"We aren't just giving families a choice in where they play; we are giving them an experience that connects them directly to the Varsity program and the entire Mustang community," the Board added. "From learning under the High School staff to playing on the stadium turf, being a Bronco has never offered more value."
Registration is now open. Families and coaches are encouraged to visit the MYFAC website to learn more about the dual-league options and the upcoming season.
