Mostly recorded in New Orleans, This World is an eclectic mix of roots reverent numbers that truly blur the lines between musical genres. A cast of top-notch players, some of whom are Grammy winners, helped forge this collectible gem steeped in blues, Americana, and rock. This World shows yet another side of this artful slide player, singer-songwriter and takes us through the gamut of emotions from happiness to angst to hope. It's music for the mind and soul.
"I was immediately taken with This World and its diverse mix of music," says MoMojo label manager Debra Clark. "His guitar mastery combined with his compelling vocals make this an album worthy of the highest praise, and we're proud to be part of his team."
Billy exclaims, "I couldn't be more thankful to have found MoMojo Records! They've been a joy to work with. It's a beautiful thing when someone "groks" what ya do! Props to these ladies for takin' me in!"
