Masters Hall of Fame honors Dr. Ricardo Gonzalez

Dr. Ricardo Gonzalez has dedicated his career to improving police defensive tactics training and teaching police officers. Dr. Gonzalez is the Deputy Chief of Public Safety at Chapman University and a well-recognized defensive tactics instructor.

COSTA MESA, Calif. - eTradeWire -- Dr. Daniel Hect, Chairman of the Masters Hall of Fame announced Dr. Ricardo Gonzalez will be honored at the Masters Hall of Fame Banquet on Saturday, July 27, 2019, at the Hilton Costa Mesa.

Rick earned his doctorate at the University of Southern California, writing his dissertation on "Preventing Excessive Force Incidents through effective Training" Hect stated.
