HONG KONG - eTradeWire -- Lyriant Advisory ("Lyriant"), a leading independent intelligence and advisory firm, has hired experienced due diligence practitioner George Schooling as the firm's new Representative in Vietnam.

George Schooling will support Lyriant's existing clients and work closely with the firm's Partners to expand and enhance its existing suite of services. The Lyriant partners have considerable experience in Vietnam, where they have assisted a broad range of international corporate and institutional clients with local due diligence and other matters. In the past year alone, Lyriant has been commissioned to provide information and advice to clients considering or reviewing investments or partnerships in Vietnam in renewable energy, real estate, insurance and healthcare.

George Schooling, a British national, has worked across the East Asia region for more than a decade. He has been based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, for the past seven years, during which time he has been engaged on numerous due diligence projects in sectors including oil & gas, finance and education. Before moving to Vietnam, George worked in the fine art market, focusing on China, and was also a contributor to a number of publications in Hong Kong. George Schooling has a Politics degree from Leeds University; he has also worked as a Researcher for a UK Cabinet Minister.

In addition to his work in support of Lyriant's Vietnam services, George Schooling also takes on the role of Senior Regional Associate, which will see him assist the firm with certain projects in other Southeast Asian geographies.
