Smith, a resident of Fort Myers, is a California native who began her journey at Florida Gulf Coast University where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Communication in 2018 and Master of Business Administration in 2021. Prior to joining Lee Health Foundation, she held marketing roles in both higher education and the medical device industry.
