Langport Art Trail to Launch this May in Celebration of Somerset Day – 9–11 May 2025
eTradeWire News/10800963
The Langport Area Business Group is proud to announce the launch of the first-ever Langport Art Trail, a vibrant new event running from 9th to 11th May 2025, celebrating Somerset Day and the extraordinary creative talent that thrives around Langport.
LANGPORT, U.K. - eTradeWire -- From White Chapel on The Hill in Langport to the Fluft workshop at Bowden Farm in Hambridge, the Art Trail invites visitors to explore a carefully curated route featuring a wide range of local artwork displayed in shops, cafés, and independent businesses. Whether you're a keen art lover or a casual browser, there's something to inspire and delight — and everything is available to purchase.
In addition to enjoying the trail, visitors can sign up for creative workshops led by local artists — a perfect chance to get hands-on, be inspired, and create your own unique piece of art.
The weekend also coincides with Langport's popular Friday Market (9th May), and the much-loved Saturday Vintage Market (10th May). To round off the celebrations, there will be a one-off Arty Market on Somerset Day, Sunday 11th May, featuring a wide variety of handmade treasures, local crafts, and artistic pieces.
