SAN ANTONIO - eTradeWire -- The San Antonio Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Management (NARPM) is proud to announce the induction of Lacy Hendricks, RMP®, as its new Chapter President for the 2025 term. Hendricks, an accomplished REALTOR® and Director of Marketing at Hendricks Property Management, brings extensive industry experience and a proven leadership track record to the role.
Hendricks joined Hendricks Property Management in 2014, launching a career in real estate and property management. She became a licensed Broker in 2023. Over the past decade, she has played a pivotal role in advancing Hendricks Property Management, industry standards, and advocacy efforts on local, state, and national levels.
Her commitment to industry leadership is exemplified by her work as Governmental Affairs Chair for NARPM National and eight years of service on the board for San Antonio NARPM. Since 2016, she has served on the Governmental Affairs Committees for the San Antonio Board of REALTORS® (SABOR). She has also served on committees for the City of San Antonio building bridges between government organizations and housing providers. In 2018, she received the first-ever Legislative Champion Award from SABOR. In 2023, she was honored with NARPM National's Volunteer of the Year Award, and in 2024, she was awarded the 2024 Property Management Specialist of the Year Award from SABOR.
