Hannah Tosch, Wade Greene, Cody Persyn and Kimberly Lenardson of Colliers represented the lessor, Kimco, in the transaction.
Established in 2008, Kura Sushi is a technology-enabled Japanese restaurant concept with 25 locations in five states. The company offers guests a distinctive dining experience built on authentic Japanese cuisine and an engaging revolving sushi service model. Kura Sushi's food is prepared using high-quality and fresh ingredients that are free of artificial flavors or colorings.
