They start of by asking the legend about his childhood, Ken Shamrock doesnt hesitate to bring up his horrible childhood living with foster parents and the troubles of abubse that he suffered growing up in the system.

Ken Shamrock mentions that before the UFC came calling he tried out for the San Diego Chargers but really wasnt feeling the football path for him in life.

Ken then gets into a heated conversation about Royce Gracie and UFC 1. Talking about how they made him take his shoes off to fight and he had never done that before, He then breaks down his many other UFC moments and his wars with Tito Ortiz, and that war they had. He talks about UFC making all these rule changes in order to help Royce Gracie.

Ken then talks about his time in the WWF now WWE but he talks about how people like Bret Hart, The Rock, and Stone Cold really helped him transition into WWE.
