Kami Redd Launches Dear Black Woman Book, Podcast, and Reintroduces Healing Cooking Therapy

ATLANTA - eTradeWire -- Atlanta, Georgia – Author and entrepreneur Kami Redd is thrilled to announce the expansion of her work with the release of Dear Black Woman: Letters of Love, Strength, & Empowerment, the Dear Black Woman Podcast, and the revival of her Cooking Therapy services. Though based in Atlanta, Kami's services are available globally, offering healing and empowerment to individuals and communities worldwide.
Dear Black Woman, released in July 2024, is a collection of letters designed to inspire and uplift Black women, reminding them of their strength and resilience. "I wrote Dear Black Woman as a reflection of the love and strength we carry within us," says Kami. "It's a book that uplifts and empowers."
Expanding on the themes of the book, Kami co-hosts the Dear Black Woman Podcast alongside Nicole Davis of Paris and Lauren Edwards of London. The podcast offers a global platform for Black women to share their stories, discuss cultural differences, and explore common challenges.

In addition to her literary work, Kami is relaunching her Cooking Therapy services, which are open to everyone, including individuals, corporate companies, and families. Cooking Therapy combines the therapeutic act of cooking with emotional healing and team-building, making it ideal for personal well-being as well as strengthening group and corporate connections. "Cooking Therapy is about fostering emotional healing, whether it's for individuals, corporate teams, or families," Kami explains.
