In 2020, he earned full "Super Lawyer" status and has maintained that distinction through 2025—underscoring his individual contributions to the field of immigration law and leadership as head of Green and Spiegel's U.S. legal team.
Jonathan Grode has worked in U.S. business immigration law since 1999, assisting a wide range of clients—from startups to multinational corporations, artists, athletes, and researchers—with nonimmigrant and immigrant visas. He also handles enforcement matters involving the Department of Labor and Homeland Security. A frequent speaker and moderator for leading legal and business organizations, Mr. Grode teaches at Temple University Beasley School of Law and regularly contributes to legal and policy publications.
