eTradeWire News/10789782
PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla. - eTradeWire -- Integrity Employee Leasing, one of the country's fastest-growing Professional Employer Organization (PEO) companies, is celebrating 20 years of helping small and mid-sized businesses across the country achieve their business goals.
Founded in 2004 in Punta Gorda, Florida by Tom Natoli in his garage office, Integrity Employee Leasing has grown to more than 15,000 leased employees in 21 states. For the past two decades, Integrity Employee Leasing has been a reliable extension of more than 3,000 companies nationwide by providing comprehensive human resource services that range from payroll processing and benefits administration to compliance management and risk mitigation.
As Integrity continues to expand its impact locally and across the country, their office space is expanding too. In November 2024, the company made the move to a brand-new, 5,000-square-foot building, located at 18501 Murdock Cir. Unit 602 in Port Charlotte. With more than 51 local employees, the new building features state-of-the-art technology, offices spread throughout three floors and multiple conference rooms to work with companies based near and far.

A two-time honoree of Gulfshore Business' "Best Places to Work in Southwest Florida," a 2024 Inc. Power Partner recipient and the 2024 Charlotte County Chamber's "Large Business of the Year," Integrity Employee Leasing has made enormous strides both professionally and philanthropically. The Integrity Charitable Foundation was founded in 2021 to provide financial support for various nonprofit organizations that have a positive influence and impact on the Southwest Florida community. In 2024, the Integrity Charitable Foundation pledged $50,000 to Crossroads Hope Academy, a nonprofit group home for male teens with multiple failed placements in the Florida foster care system.
"It's an all-around monumental year for us as a company, and none of it would be possible without the dedication and hard work that our team commits to our clients and each other every day," says CEO, Robert Hensley. "Integrity Employee Leasing has called Charlotte County home since our founding 20 years ago. In addition to creating jobs and recruiting talent to the county, the company's economic impact extends to the businesses we serve. Integrity Employee Leasing partners with hundreds of small-to-mid-sized businesses in our home county, representing thousands of employees and millions of dollars in gross annual payroll. This new office space marks a new beginning for the next 20 years of Integrity and I'm proud of all our team has accomplished together on behalf of our clients and community."
