Founded in 2004 in Punta Gorda, Florida by Tom Natoli in his garage office, Integrity Employee Leasing has grown to more than 15,000 leased employees in 21 states. In November 2024, the company made the move to a brand-new, 5,000-square-foot building, located at 18501 Murdock Cir. Unit 602 in Port Charlotte. With more than 51 local employees, the new building features state-of-the-art technology, offices spread throughout three floors and multiple conference rooms to work with companies based near and far.

A two-time honoree of Gulfshore Business' "Best Places to Work in Southwest Florida," a 2024 Inc. Power Partner recipient and the 2024 Charlotte County Chamber's "Large Business of the Year," Integrity Employee Leasing has made enormous strides both professionally and philanthropically.
