Here is the background story.
Our client hired us to help them grow their business. The only catch was the company that hired us hasn't even started selling.
That isn't unusual for us, but in the second week of the engagement, the client had some misfortune and told us he couldn't pay us until he got his own clients. Clients as in plural… We talked through it all and realized it would take a year to pay us back but, the client hasn't started yet.
We had already completed onboarding the client, developed the strategy and delivered the implementation plan to go to start selling. Now what?
Everyone knows the easiest way to reach goals quickly is to throw resources at it. No Money, No Time, and Limited human power challenged us. We had to use some brainpower.

We had to focus to maximally contribute to our client success. We learned very quickly to only focus on what was going to get the result we wanted. We only focused on productive tasks for the successful outcome of the client.
We had to do things better. We created everything for the ideal customer. We didn't spread our ideas around. We only implemented marketing that we could measure in detail. We needed data to make decisions quickly in hours not days or weeks. We couldn't have crappy opportunities.
We removed any type of barrier to creating successful sales for the client. The principals opened opportunities and made introductions early.
The result of the symphony of focus and improvement was a success. We were able to get the client off the ground, attracting leads through automation, and created and were involved in sales conversations – in 3 months.
