Modular Aluminum Flooring Designed for Change

IconicVan's Aluminum Floor System addresses limitations of traditional van flooring, which typically relies on full-sheet plywood bases that require drilling to install seats, shelving, or equipment. Once installed, these layouts often become permanent.

The floor system is built from prefabricated aluminum segments that interlock using a tongue-and-groove mechanism to form a rigid structural base. Integrated mounting channels allow seating, cabinets, and cargo-retention hardware to be secured and repositioned without drilling new holes. Removable plugs provide a flush surface.

Installation options include high-strength adhesive bonding or mechanical fastening for rigidity. The aluminum base supports common commercial finish materials such as vinyl, laminate, wood, or textile flooring. Integrated rail grooves accept adjustable embedded plates, enabling flexible cargo securement and reducing load movement.
