For many, these expenses become a barrier to receiving the transplant they urgently need.

The Foundation provides financial assistance, emotional support, and hands-on guidance, with a particular focus on underserved communities that often have the fewest resources and the greatest need. The newly released video shares the patient experience and shows how donor generosity makes hope possible when families feel out of options.
