Hunters Run Recognized As One Of GRAA's Top 50 Private Facilities
eTradeWire News/10770064
The Golf Range Association of America (GRAA) has chosen Hunters Run's new driving range as one of the top 50 Private Facilities.
BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. - eTradeWire -- Ben Bauer, PGA, Director of Golf at Hunters Run, proudly announced that the Club's new driving range has been chosen by The Golf Range Association of America (GRAA) as one of the top 50 Private Facilities. This prestigious recognition follows the recent inauguration of the Hunters Run renovated Driving Range.
The 2023 GRAA Top 50 Private Facilities honor exceptional private clubs that offer outstanding driving ranges, short game areas, practice putting greens, and short courses, enriching the private membership golf experience.
The new Driving Range at Hunters Run features 17 covered hitting stations and three multi-purpose state-of-the-art studios. Each station is enhanced with cutting-edge Toptracer touchscreen monitors, meticulously tracking the trajectory of every shot with precision, from speed and curve to launch angle and distance. This innovative technology by Topgolf Callaway brands revolutionizes golf practice and play, providing instant feedback on performance and enabling golfers to fine-tune their swing or enjoy gaming modes individually or with friends.

Ben Bauer emphasized that the GRAA, now in its 12th year of recognizing excellence in public, private, and stand-alone facilities, continues to highlight the best of the best. He stated, "In addition to the technological advancements, the Club's newly renovated range showcases synthetic bunkers, strategic short-game targets, advanced robotic systems for ball retrieval and maintenance, and an automatic ball washing system, the first of its kind in the United States. By freeing up the average staffing model, we can enhance the member experience with more personalized services on the range.
Larry Savvides, Hunters Run's Chief Operating Officer and General Manager, added, "I extend my heartfelt congratulations to Ben Bauer and his professional golf team on this well-deserved GRAA recognition. Our three distinctive 18-hole championship golf courses have always been a standout feature, and the integration of Toptracer technology takes golf at Hunters Run to new heights. This advancement empowers our golf professionals to optimize our members' skills, elevating their enjoyment of the game. By modernizing the practice experience, we've advanced Hunters Run's status as a leading private club in Florida."
