As a tangible pledge to employee health, the Hunters Run Fitness Challenge was designed to be inclusive and motivating. The program was divided into three categories, allowing participants to compete in ways that suited their fitness levels. To further incentivize participation, the 70 employees who signed up for the program had the chance to win $200 in each category, making the challenge all the more spirited.

Hunters Run offered helpful suggestions throughout the eight-week challenge to keep participants on track. These included staying consistent with workouts, incorporating strength training, and stretching after every session to prevent injuries. Employees were encouraged to stay hydrated, focus on nutrient-dense foods, and choose healthy snacks to maintain energy levels throughout the day.
