AVON, Ind. - eTradeWire -- Hope Healthcare Services is honored to announce that it has been awarded a grant of $10,500 from the Boston Scientific Foundation to support its Hope Chronic Health Program: Managing Diabetes and Beyond.

This generous grant will enable Hope Healthcare Services to expand its diabetes management services for uninsured individuals in the community. The funding will support the program for up to one year, helping to improve health outcomes and quality of life for patients who lack private medical insurance or government healthcare coverage.

The program addresses the multifaceted challenges of living with diabetes while recognizing the interconnected nature of chronic health conditions, all within Hope's mission to serve as the hands and feet of Jesus.

The Boston Scientific Foundation supports initiatives that improve health and STEM education opportunities for economically disadvantaged persons, targeting several key regions in the United States and Puerto Rico. Through its health grants, the Foundation invests in programs that expand access and quality of care for persons with noncommunicable chronic disease.
