This event organized by Kids Beating Cancer will receive about 1,000 people in an event with a special performance by Idina Menzel (Frozen). In addition, the 'Healing Hero for Hope Award' will be awarded for the first time to a Hispanic woman.

The award is given each year to someone who exemplifies the organization's values, compassion, and dedication and who has been significantly generous with their time and support of the Kids Beating Cancer mission.

On this occasion, the person awarded is Dr. Francelis Gonzalez who was selected for the impact that her altruism and dedication have had on the organization.

Dr. Francelis Gonzalez, better known as Dr. G., is a well-known face of the Central Florida social and professional scenes. Awarded by organizations such as Orlando Magazine, Don Quijote Awards and others, she is known for her philanthropic actions in favor of the arts and children.
