Trained Chef and Designer Shares The Eat In Method - A New Approach To Personal and Planetary Well-being

BOULDER, Colo. - eTradeWire -- Boulder, CO United States - Inspirational food consultant and NonnaEats founder Callie Cavanaugh, is introducing her new book, Eating In by Design. As a trained chef and design professional, Callie brought her sense of design and deep experience to discover what she calls The Eat In Method – to redesign our relationship with food.

Callie experienced health and digestive issues. The more food she restricted, the more disconnected she felt. As a result, Callie spent a decade studying and researching ancient to modern modalities of healthy eating.

The Eat In Method holds the answers.

"The Covid pandemic triggered changes in our lives that drove me to create a new way for people to think about their relationship with food economically, socially, environmentally, psychologically, and physically," said Cavanaugh

In this book, Callie asks us to take a deeper, more insightful look at what a healthy relationship with food can look like given eating is one of the most essential activities we do to create well-being.

"By addressing the seven components to The Eat In Method, readers will learn how to enhance their relationship with food and connect more deeply to their biophysical and psychosocial selves," said Cavanaugh

The book takes readers through Callie's personal journey. It offers a quiz to help them identify their personal relationship with food, and a roadmap to transformation. Following the seven components of The Eat In Method: clearing your kitchen, organizing, building your pantry, planning, shopping, cooking, and eating; leads to reduced waste, greater connection, and deeper well-being.
