FORT MYERS, Fla. - eTradeWire -- A new concept in mental wellness is making its debut in Southwest Florida that founders say is Florida's first mobile meditation and IV therapy unit.

Dubbed "Food Truck for the Soul," the wellness bus was created by Frances Borshell as an extension of Grounding Spot, which Borshell founded last year at Coconut Point Mall in Estero. This new mobile experience brings meditation, IV vitamin therapy, and aesthetic services directly to the community.

At the heart of this innovation is a custom-converted 27-foot bus featuring seven private meditation pods, including one that is handicapped accessible. Each pod is designed with a comfortable seat, cushions, a table computer, and noise-canceling headphones to offer visitors an immersive and restorative meditation session lasting up to 15 minutes.

"Our mission at Grounding Spot is to make mental fitness as mainstream as physical fitness," said Borshell. "This mobile unit is about accessibility. We're bringing meditation and rejuvenating therapies directly to the community. Whether at businesses, hospitals, schools or events—anyone can experience the benefits of stillness, restoration, and self-care."

A Mobile Oasis of Calm

Step inside the bus, and a feeling of calm takes over instantly, she said.

"The interior is softly lit and intentionally designed to help guests disconnect from the outside world. In each private pod, visitors can choose from guided meditations, binaural beats, or silent meditation, all in convenient 15-minute sessions. Privacy curtains, customizable lighting, and comfortable seating allow for total relaxation on the spot," she said.

In addition to meditation, the bus offers IV Vitamin Therapy, designed to boost hydration, immunity, and energy, as well as Stem Cell and Exosome Therapy to promote healing, hair growth,  and skin rejuvenation.

"We are very excited about Exosome Therapy because it uses the regenerative power of stem cells without using the stem cells themselves to reduce fine lines and  wrinkles, activate dormant hair follicles, and help calm inflammation which is beneficial for conditions like osteoarthritis," Borshell said.

Available for Appointments

The Grounding Spot mobile unit makes appearances at community events, schools, corporate campuses, wellness festivals, and healthcare facilities throughout Florida. Organizations will be able to contract the bus for employee wellness programs, giving staff the opportunity to enjoy regular meditation and therapy sessions without leaving the workplace.

Borshell has spent years studying how to integrate mental wellness with other disciplines to create "the place to thrive," which is the company slogan. According to the founder, relaxation, positive mindset, connection, and good nutrition are all part of good mental health.

"Whether it's work-life stress, worry, anxiety, or depression, the majority of Americans suffer on a daily basis. Our vision is simple – mainstream mental wellness. If you want to get in shape, you go to a gym." said Borshell. "Where do you go if you want to feel good mentally and strengthen your mental well-being on a daily basis? Grounding Spot is the place. It's your place to thrive. Now Grounding Spot can come to you on the wellness bus."
