Grizzly Bear Foundation launches podcast series, "GrizzCast"

eTradeWire News/10573666
VANCOUVER, British Columbia - eTradeWire -- The Grizzly Bear Foundation has launched a new podcast series, "GrizzCast." Inspired by an iconic symbol of the North American wild - the grizzly bear - this narrative, fact-based show will take listeners across the grizzly bear's range through a diversity of voices and stories of people working on the frontlines of conservation.

Hosted by Nicholas Scapillati, Grizzly Bear Foundation's Executive Director, these podcasts merge compelling storytelling and top-notch research with interviews from the field to create an artistic piece of nonfiction. Each episode in the seven-episode season will run approximately 20 to 30 minutes long with a new episode to be released the first Monday of each month, beginning July 6.

"'GrizzCast' is about reimagining what it means to be a conservationist, stirring our imagination for how we can all make space for the wild in our lives," says Nicholas Scapillati. "Acting as a tool to identify common ground, these podcasts will reframe our relationship with grizzly bears and the natural world–ultimately, inspiring listeners to ask questions about their own place in conservation."
