An accomplished executive, Griggs brings more than 20 years of experience in acquisitions, entitlements, community design, land development and construction to GreenPointe. With a broad range of real estate competencies, Griggs' professional background spans small- and large-scale projects including single-family, luxury high-rises, apartments, commercial, hotels and marinas with a collective project value exceeding $350 million.

Griggs earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Indianapolis and holds numerous professional certifications in the business, real estate and development industries.
