George's understanding of dealership technology began long before his career did. He grew up hearing his father, Go2BDC Founder and Chairman Nicholaos Gouvouniotis, describe the frustration of watching vendors build products around the wrong outcome, celebrating website impressions and clicks instead of the one number that mattered on the dealership floor: the showroom appointment.

Between 2016 and 2020, George supported technology operations and systems integration at Route 9 Mitsubishi and Route 9 Motorsports and Exotics, working directly inside dealership software, CRM activity, and customer communication systems. That experience became the foundation for the platform he later built at Go2BDC, translating dealership operating logic and campaign execution into a single working system.
