HOUSTON - eTradeWire -- Frank Blackwood, CCIM joins Colliers in Houston as Senior Vice President focusing on land services. Frank brings a wealth of land and industrial development expertise, having represented over $500 million in transactions throughout Greater Houston and having worked with clients both locally and internationally.

Prior to joining Colliers, Frank was an industrial broker with Capital Real Estate Commercial and most recently served as Principal and Senior Director at Lee & Associates.  Before getting into the commercial real estate industry, Frank was the International Sales Manager at U.S. Zinc and COO of Global Filtration, a company that focused on the commercial aviation/aerospace industry with 2,000 customers in 40 countries.

Frank holds a Master's in Land Development from Texas A&M University and a BBA from Stephen F Austin State University.  He is active in international mission work, having traveled to and visited over 40 countries worldwide and is the founder of Every Village, a nonprofit partnering with the people of South Sudan. Frank chaired the Sudanese Peace Conference, which was instrumental in forming The Republic of South Sudan. Frank is a member of Houston's First Baptist Church, a member of ULI, a CCIM designee and an avid hunter and fisherman.
