GOOSE CREEK, S.C. - eTradeWire -- Former Goose Creek Mayor Michael Heitzler, who led the city for more than 40 years, has endorsed Ingrid Centurión for Goose Creek City Council.

Heitzler, widely known for preserving the city's small-town character and supporting its large military community, praised Centurión's leadership and vision for Goose Creek.

"Ingrid Centurión is a decorated Iraq War Combat Pilot, a Veteran, a mother of two sons serving in the U.S. Army, and the wife of a military man," Heitzler said. "She brings leadership, integrity, and a forward-looking vision that Goose Creek needs. She's a problem solver, a visionary leader, and a fresh breath of air—someone who understands technology, public safety, and the importance of preserving our green spaces."
