Flagler County Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller Announces of Operation Green Light

PALM COAST, Fla. - eTradeWire -- Tom Bexley, Flagler County Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller, announced That Operation Green Light will take place November 9th through the 20th.

"In this annual event, Clerk's Office's from around the state join together in allowing individuals who have overdue traffic tickets or criminal fees to pay in full, while waiving the 40% collection fee" Clerk Bexley said.

The goal of Operation Green Light is to help the community by allowing individuals who are delinquent in fines and fees to make those payments and also have their driver's licenses reinstated by offering convenient dates and times to pay.

"In recognition of the difficulty some face coming in to pay traffic tickets or criminal fees during the workweek, our office will once again extend its hours in order to accommodate those who wish to take advantage of this event" Clerk Bexley went on to say.

In addition to normal business hours which are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., the Clerk's office will remain open until 6:p.m. on November 10th & 19th. Please note that the office will be closed on Wednesday the 11th in observance of Veterans Day.
