Family-owned Berkshire producer All Angels has unveiled No. 36, a refined twist on their award-winning Classic Cuvée. Crafted with gentler bubbles and softer acidity, No. 36 is designed to be enjoyed throughout a meal — from aperitif to dessert — offering a more approachable style of English sparkling wine.

Made from exceptional 2018 fruit (Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier), No. 36 uses a subtly adapted fermentation process while maintaining six years of extended lees ageing. The result is a delicate, elegant sparkling wine that continues the All Angels ethos of meticulous quality and sustainable production.
