Her criminal damage to property case is now 19 years old.  She has turned her life around. Concluding that Petitioner had proven her case by clear and convincing evidence, the Court, The Honorable Jeffrey M. Johnson presiding, granted the extraordinary remedy of expungement of these records.  Well done Ms. Torgerson.
