NEW YORK - eTradeWire -- Writer, father, and EHS professional Eli Brackenbury recently appeared on Lead Empowered TV, where he shared his deeply personal journey of rediscovering faith, purpose, and identity following an unexpected spiritual awakening at the age of 50.

Brackenbury's appearance on the show, which aired Tuesday, September 1, explored the experiences that shaped his spiritual journey, including divorce, grief, striving, and a prolonged season of spiritual dryness. His story ultimately led to an unexpected encounter with God that would reshape the way he viewed his life and his future.

Hosted by leadership consultant and executive advisor Nathan R. Mitchell, Lead Empowered TV features conversations designed to challenge conventional thinking and inspire people to lead, work, and live differently.

During the conversation, Brackenbury offered an honest and relatable perspective on what it means to rediscover faith later in life. He discussed the challenges of navigating midlife, the connection between faith and identity, and how seasons of uncertainty can become catalysts for personal transformation.

Through his writing and social media presence, he connects with readers who feel stuck, are searching for something more, or are returning to faith after years away.

"I think one of the most important messages from Eli's story is that transformation doesn't have an expiration date," said Nathan R. Mitchell, host of Lead Empowered TV. "His journey reminds us that sometimes the next chapter of our lives can begin when we least expect it—and that we should never assume it's too late to rediscover purpose, faith, or hope."

Brackenbury lives in Washington and is the father of three adult children, who continue to inspire his writing, personal growth, and spiritual journey.

The episode is particularly relevant for anyone navigating a season of transition, questioning long-held assumptions, returning to faith, or wondering whether there is something more waiting beyond the life they have known.
