Hosts Maria, Steph and Sophie take listeners through just a few of the letters people wrote to themselves on the public letters' section at FutureMe.org; an online tool established in 2002 allowing people to create an email time capsule by writing their resolutions, plans, and thoughts they can revisit in the future.

In this first season, our Hope This Finds Me Well (https://pod.link/1549300789) hosts speak with people who have recently retrieved their past letters to themselves, and delve into why they wrote it and why it's important to them. Throughout the series, listeners will hear from guests who were struggling with identity, grief, heartache, but also about what brings joy, love, resilience, and growth. In Marie's story, listeners will hear about stress around debt, marriage problems, and not knowing what you're doing with your life. Later in the series, listeners will also hear from Noah, who first wrote when he had recently come to terms with being trans and how goal setting for the future made things less scary and more achievable.
