Doctor who suffered food related ailments, writes book about self-love and healthy eating

Offers simplified strategies for healthy lifestyle in AWE-some Program (Activity, Water, Energy)

PORTLAND, Ore. - May 16, 2018 - eTradeWire -- Dr. Niti Solomon was once a person who ate fast food. "Early in my career I ate poorly because I worked long hours. I sometimes worked from 7am, until 2am the next morning and back up again a few hours later" she says. Even though she only consumed a small bit of fast food, she developed sinus issues, allergies, and just didn't feel her best. After changing her diet, 3 days later all symptoms were miraculously gone. Dr. Solomon decided at that point that she wanted to share what she learned with the world.

The book, Project L.O.V.E (Lifestyle Optimization Victoriously Established) is the result of a solid network of respected healthcare professionals. Dr. Solomon uses the collective knowledge of professionals who have years of practical experience in healthcare. This makes for a rich and comprehensive guide as to how best to optimize one's own health.  The book launch for Project L.O.V.E will be held June 1, 2018 at The Grand Hotel Bridgeport, 7265 SW Hazel Fern Rd, Tigard, OR 97224. The event starts 6pm-9pm.

Dr Niti Solomon was born in Thailand, but obtained pediatric residency training from The University of Florida, and pediatric gastroenterology and nutrition at Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Solomon has been board certified for over 20 years. She became board certification in holistic medicine the year after her allergic experience.
