The evening featured a two-hour networking cocktail hour followed by an awards presentation. Design 446 was on the winning teams of American Properties Realty, Inc., Pultegroup/Del Webb, Kaplan Companies, Pulte Homes, Trinity Dominion and Walters Apartments.

During the event, Design 446 garnered significant praise after being part of the winning team for all five of this year's Community of the Year award winners. These awards included:

• Adult Community over $450,000: Florham Park – Pultegroup/Del Webb;
• Rental Community more than 200 units: Amaranth at North Brunswick – Kaplan Companies;
• Townhome Community $500,000 and under: Heritage at Middletown – American Properties Realty, Inc.;
• Townhome Community $500,000 and over: Somerville Station – Pulte Homes,
• Affordable Housing Community: Cornerstone at Lumberton – Walters Apartments.
