Rally4Vets Founder Robert Hess Invites Community to Celebrate the Conclusion of a 29 Day Journey Honoring America's 250th Anniversary
STERLING, Va. - eTradeWire -- Rally4Vets, the flagship program of the Disabled Veteran Empowerment Network (DVEN), announces that founder and decorated Vietnam veteran Robert Hess will arrive in Sterling, Virginia this evening, marking the final driving day of the Rally4Vets America Grand Tour after traveling 6,554 miles across 16 states in 37 days to commemorate America's 250th anniversary.
Before arriving in Sterling, Hess will make a special stop at the National Museum of the Marine Corps, one of the nation's premier institutions dedicated to preserving the history, service, and sacrifice of United States Marines. The visit serves as a fitting final milestone of the cross country journey, honoring generations of military service members whose dedication has helped protect America's freedoms.
"This journey has been about honoring those who have served and ensuring veterans know they are never alone," said Hess. "There is no better way to conclude the final driving day than by visiting the National Museum of the Marine Corps before arriving in Northern Virginia to celebrate with fellow veterans, supporters, and the community."
