BRIDGEPORT, Conn. - eTradeWire -- Daryl Guberman Alleges FBI's Oversight of Chinese Influence on U.S. Accreditation Bodies Under Christopher Wray's Leadership

In response to FBI Director Christopher Wray's Senate testimonies and his recent stepping down from the FBI always spoke about the threat posed by Chinese. Quality assurance expert Daryl Guberman has revealed alarming information about China's influence over U.S. accreditation bodies and how this oversight impacts national security. Guberman argues that the FBI, under Wray's leadership, has unknowingly allowed China to gain access to sensitive data from federal agencies and U.S. corporations.

In August 2017, Christopher Wray became the director of the FBI. Since then, Guberman asserts, the FBI's membership in The American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and the American National Accreditation Board (ANAB) has been compromised, allowing Chinese influence in a manner that puts U.S. national security at risk. These two accreditation bodies in 2018 ANSI took over complete control of ANAB (https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/ansi-national-accreditation-board-anab-accredits-houston-forensic-science-center-under-new-accreditation-program-302051008.html ) are critical in overseeing quality standards in various sectors, including aerospace, medical, and military industries. They are also founders of the International Accreditation Forum (IAF), an organization that has national and international accreditation bodies equivalent to ANSI-ANAB accreditation with global reach, and share ties with the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) Australia.

What makes this concerning, Guberman states, is that in 2015-2021, Randy Doughtery who was the VP of ANSI-ANAB and Chairman and Principal on 990 tax form, handed control of the IAF over to a Chinese national, Xiao Jianhua, who at the time was the chief executive of the China National Accreditation Service (CNAS) . Jianhua, who has been involved with international quality standards since 1994, was also implicated in overseeing the poorly prepared laboratory in Wuhan, China, which later became linked to the COVID-19 pandemic. He is also mandated through the China National Intelligence Law Article #7. It requires Chinese nationals to turn over "trade secrets" to the Communist Chinese Party.

Guberman points out that the FBI's ongoing membership in ANSI-ANAB, organizations with ties to China, has inadvertently allowed China to access critical data from U.S. federal agencies, including the Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Institutes of Health (NIH), and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) just to name a few. He claims this is not a case of hacking but rather a deliberate handing over of sensitive information due to the collaboration between U.S. accreditation bodies and Chinese authorities.

"The FBI's membership in ANSI- ANAB, and their links to international accreditation bodies, has allowed China to gain access to the U.S. government's most sensitive data," Guberman stated. "This isn't a breach—it's an open door that's been left wide open for years, and it puts our national security at severe risk."

Guberman urges that all Federal Agencies on ANSI-ANAB, should immediately reassess their ties with these accreditation bodies and work to remove any foreign influence that could compromise U.S. security.

POSSIBLE ACCREDITATION COMPROMISED:

Guberman also stated any company that is ANSI-ANAB accredited their information may have been and still is compromised; Guberman says "we have all the information concerning this."

NIST – National Vulnerability Database website was hacked. WE can not have confidence in security or quality of cybersecurity rendered through NIST.The tangled alliances between NIST & ANSI-ASQ national accreditation board ANAB & China lead-IAF international accreditation forum/ Pakistan & Iran member and state department terrorist country is just opening the doors to the Chinese and just taking sensitive and secure information.
