Conveyor specialist signs deal to become UK and Ireland sole supplier of steel belts
eTradeWire News/10801702
DUDLEY, U.K. - eTradeWire -- An established conveyor specialist has signed a contract to become the sole UK and Ireland agent for a Chinese manufacturer of steel belts and machinery.
Continuous Process Solutions has inked the deal with Mingke to supply their steel belts and machinery for the food, chemical, wax, wood-based panel, rubber, film casting, and other industries.
This partnership builds on the company's excellence in the continuous process industry, allowing them to offer the full Mingke range alongside their own products and services to optimise productivity.
Jarrod Hunt, Managing Director of Continuous Process Solutions, said: "I am delighted to announce our partnership with Mingke.
"We were already well-known in the continuous process industry, supplying our own tailored products and services, including tracking and cleaning systems, ancillary products and technical services. However, this collaboration with Mingke now allows us to offer their quality steel belts and machinery, enabling us to offer a full bespoke end-to-end service, from design and consultation, to installation and project management, to maintenance and servicing."

Relying on the careful selection of high-quality steel raw materials, and the use of cutting-edge technologies at their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, Mingke offers a first-class selection of steel belt and machinery products with excellent performance parameters.
Florence Gu, Foreign Trade Specialist at Mingke, said: "We are very proud to have Continuous Process Solutions on board as our first-ever UK and Ireland agents. We approached them due to their breadth of expertise with the continuous process industry, as well as their in-depth knowledge of FMCG and other manufacturing markets in the UK and Ireland.
"They were the perfect choice to work with as we look to expand our global reach; our sales and service centres are already located in more than 10 countries and regions around the world, including Australia, China, Poland, Turkey, Russia and Brazil and now, working with Continuous Process Solutions, the UK and Ireland."
The deal means that as well as steel belts, Continuous Process Solutions can also supply and fit Mingke steel belt equipment, such as presswa, chemical flakers and pastillators. A fully trained and Mingke accredited team handles installation, with Continuous Process Solutions alongside every step of the way.

Jarrod continued: "I am confident that Mingke's products, alongside our own tried and tested equipment and services, will provide a value-for-money option for our growing list of customers in the UK and Ireland. Higher import costs due to Brexit, as well as Mingke's economies of scale and more advanced processing knowhow, means that while their products already rival those of the European manufacturers for quality, they can offer significant savings for our customers."
