ST. The four-story, 137-room, cold-form metal framed Home2 Suites by Hilton hotel will be the first hotel to be located within The Fountains at St. Johns, a mixed-use medical and retail development located at the northeast intersection of County Road 210 and I-95.

Home2 Suites by Hilton will offer guests hospitality, warmth and innovation with dynamic, comfortable and flexible accommodations. Guests will enjoy family time together at the outdoor pool. Each room will be designed with a flat-screen TV, a microwave, and a mini-fridge. Completion of the hotel is anticipated in Q1 2027.

Home2 Suites will be in Fountains East, which will feature a Town Square with retail and restaurants. The Fountains at St. Johns offers approximately 200,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and medical/office space on 23 acres.
