While under construction, Michael, Robyn and Jacinto, the head chef at Pasta Bowls, perfected the menu, sampling some of the top-quality recipes, ingredients, and trends. With 20+ different combinations to choose from, at Pasta Bowls, you can create your own pasta bowl which can be served in a regular bowl or freshly made bread bowl. Pairing pastas like pappardelle and cavatelli with any of their 14 homemade sauces: classic tomato basil, signature vodka, Cacio e pepe, and more. At Pasta Bowls, everything is made fresh including the delicious desserts. In the next few weeks, Constantino's Pasta Bowls will also be launching a vegan, plant based and gluten free menu to cater to those who have food restrictions, sensitivities, or special diets.
