Notice to Strike Off Company

Following theft by a former company officer, Kudzaishe Pamela Chiriseri, and failed efforts to recover the missing funds and upon receipt of evidence that the suspect has fled the UK, the directors of the company LR Publishing London Ltd, formerly known as LR Price Publications Ltd, have applied for it to be struck off and dissolved.

The registrar will proceed unless there is reasonable cause not to. Upon dissolution, any assets remaining in the company will be passed to the Crown. Guidance is available on the grounds for objection. If in doubt, seek professional advice.

The majority of directors apply for this company to be struck off the Register and
declare that none of the circumstances described in section 1004 and 1005 of the
Companies Act 2006 (being circumstances in which the directors would otherwise be
prohibited under those sections from making an application) exists in relation to the
company.

Copies of the application have been sent to HMRC and Companies House, as well as other interested parties, by post and email.
