How was the $149,250 Federal Grant allotment to reduce Carbon Pollution/Particulates been used? The Mayor and all Commissioners are aware. Prior to accepting the Federal Grant Broward and Palm Beach County leaders stopped reducing Carbon Pollution/Particulates using the ECO Fuel System.

As of this Press Release Broward County's Environmental officer, Mayor and County Commission haven't responded. Why would any responsible County Commission or Mayor want to Stop saving money by reducing Pollution?

The Fleet Manager for Palm Beach County despite documentation and successful in house proof refuses to allow Palm Beach County to reduce Carbon Emissions omitted from their County Buses. One of the excuses was that the ECO Fuel System fuel filter/enhancer was not EPA  Approved. Detailed reports they are aware of clearly stated that the ECO Fuel System does not fall under EPA Guidelines. The only EPA Guideline required is a fuel filter be rinsed out before it is disposed of. The ECO Fuel System is CARB Approved.
