The award ceremony, hosted by REDnews, a national commercial real estate media outlet, is held annually to recognize excellence in the commercial real estate industry.

Colliers was recognized in five categories for the hard work and dedication put into 2021 at this year's ceremony with the bonus of our very own Patrick Duffy presenting. The five categories won include Emerging Leader of the Year (male) - Ryan Byrd, Executive of the Year (male) - Patrick Duffy, Property Management Company of the Year, Volunteer of the Year - Grant Perdue and People's Choice Award - Patrick Duffy.

Ryan Byrd, Principal and Director, won the Emerging Leader of the year (male) title. He joined Colliers in 2013 as an associate and in 2020, Ryan became the youngest principal in company history. He specializes in land sales, acquisitions and tenant/owner representation. Since joining the Colliers family, he has completed more than 37.7 million square feet in industrial transactions and more than 650 acres in land transactions.  His awards include 2021 Top 10 Producer, the Titan Award (3 years in a row) and the Million Dollar Producer Award. Colliers is fortunate to call him one of our own.
